Tsingshan Group, one of the five core groups under Tsingshan Industrial Co., Ltd., established its operations in Ningde, Fujian, in 2008 and has invested over RMB 30 billion in the Metallurgical New Materials Industrial Park on Fu’an's Wanwu Peninsula. It comprises 37 subsidiaries—including Dingxin Industrial, Tsingshan Nickel Industry, Tsingshan Industrial Co., Ltd., Tsingshan New Materials, Dingxin Technology, Tsingshan Special Steel, Tsingshan Equipment, Tsingshan Logistics, and Tsingshan Heavy Industry—employing more than 20,000 staff at the Wanwu Peninsula site. The group has earned multiple honors, such as the 2016 Fujian Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, 2017 Fujian Provincial Tourist Factory, 2018 Outstanding Unit for Quality Management in Fujian, and 2018 Enterprise with Outstanding Contribution to Economic Development in Ningde. It further established the Fujian Provincial Engineering Research Center for High-Performance Nitrogen-Alloyed Stainless Steel in 2020, was named a Fujian Provincial New Industrialization Industrial Demonstration Base (Stainless Steel New Materials), and in 2021 was recognized as the Fujian Provincial Stainless Steel Industry Innovation Center and an Outstanding Private Enterprise in Fujian. In 2022, it was designated in the 10th batch of National New Industrialization Industrial Demonstration Bases. By 2024, Tsingshan Group reported an output value of RMB 220 billion and tax contributions of RMB 6.5 billion, ranking 2nd among Fujian’s Top 100 Private Enterprises and 2nd among the Top 50 Manufacturing Private Enterprises in the province.
